Tata Motors has launched the Tata Vista D90, which is a sporty, more powerful and more aerodynamic diesel variant of the Tata Vista Diesel. Its called D90 because of its powerful 90PS Diesel engine which is a power-tuned Quadrajet Diesel engine equipped with a variable geometry turbocharger which gives it the required punch and class leading power.
Tata Vista D90 Features and Specifications
The Vista D90 is targeted towards the enthusiastic drivers who want a powerful car with sporty looks and lost of gadgetry. The peak torque delivered by this engine is whooping 200 Nm which is among the highest few in the price segment. With a specially tuned engine and 5 speed manual Euro-tech 2 gear-box, it can do a 0 to 100 KMPH in 15.5 seconds and do a top speed of 158 KMPH. These numbers may not sound too impressive, but for a diesel car under Rs. 6 Lakhs price tag, it is quite impressive.
